001. The Pirates of Cilicia
Summary
The battle that we wage is in the mind and are weapons are the Word of God.
"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exhalts itself against the knowledge of God," (2 Corinthians 10:4 -5 )
Paul illustrates the 'pulling down of strongholds' by using the example of actual pirate's strongholds which existed in the area where he lived and which were physically pulled down with grappling hooks and destroyed.
